WEBeDoctor Kiosk is a component of our comprehensive EMR/Practice Management solution. Your medical practice will save a significant amount of time when securing patient demographic and insurance data, this can be completed before arriving for their appointment. Internal patients are able to checkin electronically from self-service Kiosk, to update demographic data, provide photo and insurance card images.
Front desk can also at a glance verify patients have confirmed and uploaded their information by selecting the new patients button on the menu bar. You will be able to view confirmed arrivals and new patients information with just a click of a mouse. Easy to use and patient friendly allowing more time for your front desk to handle the day-to- day practice demands.
